DOCUMENT CONVERTER
Photo to Editable Word
Convert handwritten registers, marks sheets and photographed tables into editable rows and columns. Correct uncertain entries before downloading a Word document.
Upload and select the table
Photograph the page straight-on, with readable writing and visible column boundaries.
The cropped photograph, including any student names and examination marks in it, is sent from the Giri Tools VPS to Google's Gemini API for recognition. On Google's free tier, submitted content may be used to improve Google's products. Do not submit students' records unless you have the necessary permission. This mode may use a shared API quota. All AI answers are unverified and must be corrected before official use.

Private OCR remains available to guests and is always the default. Google API data-use terms.
Your photo will appear here. The outlined area is what OCR reads.
Adjust the area to read
Move the crop to start at the first student/data row and end at the last one. Exclude the page title and unused notebook area for better alignment.
Fine-tune column divider positions
Divider positions are percentages inside the selected crop. Adjust if a name or mark lands in the wrong column.
Correct the editable table
Click a cell and type the correct value. Tab moves to the next cell. Orange cells need review.
OCR results are suggestions. Correct the cell against the enlarged photo before approving.

Your corrections become a real editable Word table, not a picture pasted into Word.
Common questions
Will it recognize handwritten student names accurately?
It tries to identify handwriting and table columns, but no automatic result should be trusted without checking the image. Incorrect or unreadable words are highlighted for correction.
Can I edit marks and names?
Yes. Every cell and column heading can be edited before downloading the Word document. You may add or remove rows and columns.
Will my photographs be stored?
No. The OCR server processes an optimized image in memory and does not save the uploaded photo. The table draft remains in this browser until you download it or leave the page.
